This beautiful textile is an antique French roller printed cotton curtain panel dating to circa 1860-70. Beautiful large scale tulip pattern, with beautiful tones! The ground tone is a pale blue-gray and the floral details are in raspberry red, pink, yellow, green, maroon, peach and cream tones. One edge is gathered into a single knot (this could be unpicked, it was probably hooked to a bed post) and the top edge has a small ruffle with little ties for hanging on the backside. The other long edge shows evidence of an old seam, and the bottom edge is hemmed. There are some holes in this piece, please read the condition below. The cotton is a medium weight, ideal for curtains, pillows, upholstery and many other wonderful, creative uses. ( TT36 )

MEASUREMENTS : This charming curtain measures about 76 inches long, 33 inches wide.
